"The Recorder" - Free every week.
Recording
Every Wednesday, volunteers record items from the latest issue of the Stockport Express onto CD or standard C60 cassettes giving an hour of the borough's news and events.
Other items of particular interest to Visually Impaired People are often included. Using the Royal Mail's free 'Articles for the Blind' service the tapes and CD’s are delivered next day to around 200 Visually \ Impaired People who return them by the same free method ready for the following weeks issue.
